Engagement Pictures Redington Beach & Pregnancy Announcement

Happy LOVE day! This lovely and sweeter than pie couple was introduced to me by some other lovely and fantastic clients. So, I was thrilled to meet them and help document their engagement and help them get pictures to announce their pregnancy, too. I mean, I think this couple would glow either way, but that pregnancy glow was super real with this mama-to-be! Engagement pictures at Redington Beach really is divine this time of year. Look at the sunset and empty beach? No photoshopping here! I think I may have removed a few fishing pole holders by the water, but that was it!

I loved the quick change of dresses and shirt to give two distinct looks during the full session at the beach. Both dresses were so soft and flowy and have the perfect bit of pattern and textural elements that I am always preaching to my clients about! We talked about wind and the fact that the beach can be a few degrees cooler and a lot windier before the session as well. A bit of planning helped keep her dresses in place because the wind was certainly no joke. I was freezing in pants and a sweater but these two brought enough fire to keep each other warm! We also embraced the windy hair look for the beach. It is a photographers dream really, if you embrace it. If you fret about beach hair, then know a session at the beach probably isn't for you! I am good either way as long as you do you!
